Refund and Return Policy
For Treatments
- No refunds will be issued for completed treatments/services under any circumstances.
- Appointment cancellations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to the value of the scheduled treatment/service.
For Products
Our refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

- Used and opened items and no longer in original packaging.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Goods can be returned to the nearest store.
We are not liable for Goods damaged or lost in return transit.
Special Offers and Vouchers
- All promotional vouchers, including our R100 voucher, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a product purchased with a voucher is returned, the refund will exclude the voucher amount.
